ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27921 of 2024 by an order dated 12.11.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 North Beach Police Station, Chennai everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month and thereafter, report before the respondent Police, every Saturday at 10.30 until further orders.
2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
