kak two weeks. In spite of the orders passed by this Court, no steps has been taken by the petitioners to serve notice to the respondents. Further, the reason stated for condoning such a long delay is also neither candid nor convincing. In view of the fact that the matter is pending for the past about 15 years, no purpose would be served in keeping the matter any further.

2. Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.No.18181 of 2005 stands dismissed and consequently, C.M.A.SR.No.74177 of 2005 stands rejected at the SR Stage itself.
