ORDER

The Revision has been filed to set aside the order of the learned III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Channai in C.M.A.No.68 of 2007 dated 6.11.2007.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that

despite several reminders sent to the Revision Petitioner, she has not contacted him. He said that he has no instructions.

3. In this case notice has been ordered as early as 20.08.2008 but till date batta was not paid. Private notice sent to the respondents retuned as insufficient address. The Revision Petitioner has not taken steps to serve notice to the respondents from 2008. It is clearly indicated that the Revision Petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case.

4. In view of the same the Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently connected M.P.is closed. No costs. 11.02.2019 Ggs Internet: yes Index :
