ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 10(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28877 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 06:30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 10(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28877 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
