The learned appearing counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant could not get the particulars with regard to date of death of the first appellant and his legal heirs. Today, the name of the 2nd respondent is printed in the cause list and when the matter is called, there is no appearance for the 2nd respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent died on 04.07.2018 and till date no steps have been taken by the appellant.
