, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 155 days in filing the Cross Objection.
2. Heard Mr. R. Navaneetha Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. Mr.D. Raghu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent State Transport Corporation did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. 4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 155 days in filing the above Cross Objection is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the main Cross Objection, if it is otherwise in order, and print the name of Mr.D. Raghu, as counsel for the respondent Transport Corporation at the time of admission.
