Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Ranipet Police Station everyday at 10.30 am until further orders by thie Hon`ble Court in Crl MP No.7099/2020 in Crl OP No.14659/2020 dated 18.11.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to appear before the Ranipet Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14659 of 2020 dated 18.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.14659 of 2020 dated 18.11.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and required for interrogation.
