This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings in E.O.C.No.585 of 2017 pending before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the trial in E.O.C.No.585 of 2017 has been completed and the petitioner has been convicted by the Trial Court. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
