Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to refund a sum of Rs.33,46,000/- being more than 25% of the amount paid by the petitioner in pursuant to the e-auction sale conducted on 15.07.2021 by the first respondent in respect of the secured asset being the immovable property being Flat No.2, second floor, having super built up area of 1353 sq.ft. situated at Old Door No.31/4, New No.4, Dr.Ranga Road, Mylapore, Chennai, which is withheld by the first respondent along with the accumulated interest for the period withheld by them.
