Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 20.12.2007 made in C.M.A.No.101 of 2006 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Chennai, confirming the order dated 19.07.2006 passed by the Estate Officer, LIC of India, Southern Zonal Office, LIC Buildings, Chennai - 600 002, the second respondent herein, filed under Section 5(1) of the Public Premises (Eviction Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971.

This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the fair and decreetal order dated 20.12.2007 made in C.M.A.No.101 of 2006 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Chennai, confirming the order dated 19.07.2006 passed by the Estate Officer, LIC of India, Southern Zonal Office, LIC Buildings, Chennai - 600 002, the second respondent herein, filed under Section 5(1) of the Public Premises (Eviction Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
