ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28867 of 2024 by an order dated 19.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28867 of 2024 on 19.11.2024 is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
