ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court in M.P.Nos.2 and 3 of 2008 in W.P.No.25348 of 2008 dated 22.12.2008.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the order of this Court dated 22.12.2008 has been complied with on 18.05.2009 itself.

3. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) arb //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2020.
