Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned publication of the Advertisement dated 22.12.2021, inviting applications by the 2nd respondent to fill up the 16 posts of Village Assistants and quash the same, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue a fresh publication by disclosing the names of the village, vacancy position, reservation on community roaster the criteria and procedure to be followed in selection to the Village Assistants.

ORDER

Challenging the impugned publication of the Advertisement dated 22.12.2021, inviting applications by the 2nd respondent to fill up the 16 posts of Village Assistants, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the said publication was issued without following the Government Orders issued in G.O.(MS)No. 44, dated 11.03.2015 and G.O.(MS).No. 91, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 13.09.2021.

2. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader has submitted before this Court the respondent had issued a fresh publication inviting applications for the post of Village Assistants, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
