This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Principal District Court, Coimbatore to conduct the trial in SC No.193 of 2014.

Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Court, Coimbatore, to complete the proceedings in SC No.193 of 2014, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
