CRIME NO. 337 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30. A.M. till filing charge sheet in Crl.M.P.No.10027 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15807 of 2021 dated 30.09.2021 and pass any other appropriate order as deem fit in the proper circumstances.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.ILAYAPERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10027 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15807 of 2021 on 30.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions are unaltered.
