CMP.No.1159 of 2021 in CRP(NPD).No.3740 of 2018 CMP.No.1159 of 2021 in CRP(NPD).No.3740 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners/proposed petitioner Nos.2 to 5 as legal representatives of deceased B.Chandrasekaran in the above said Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No.3740 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner namely B.Chandrasekaran passed away and he has about five legal heirs viz., wife, two daughters, one son and his mother. The mother is not co-operating and other four legal heirs filed this impleading petition to implead them as proposed petitioner Nos.2 to 5/legal heirs of the deceased B.Chandrasekaran. Notice has been served to the mother, after service of the notice, she is not present and her name is also printed in the cause list. CMP.No.1159 of 2021 in CRP(NPD).No.3740 of 2018 ah 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the first respondent. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the CMP is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
