The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.469 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that the defacto complainant had stated that he and his wife were living separately owing to family issues. The defacto complainant is living with his mother separately. It is stated that the petitioner is the younger son of the defacto complainant and he had demanded a share in the ancestral property and in the course of that demand, the quarrel escalated into violence. The petitioner/A1 and his friend/A2 had assaulted the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) stated that there are 6 previous cases against the petitioner.

4.Taking all these facts into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
