ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2025, seeking for

issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner after giving due consideration to G.O. (Ms.) No.480 dated 11.09.2020 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that he belongs to scheduled caste community and is entitled for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition as per G.O. (Ms.) No.480 dated 11.09.2020. The petitioner had given a representation on 24.12.2025 to the first and second respondents for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of his representation dated 24.12.2025 referred to supra.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in his name after giving due consideration to G.O. (Ms.) No.480 dated 11.09.2020, which the petitioner relies upon, is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2025.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's

representation dated 24.12.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to G.O. (Ms.) No.480 dated 11.09.2020, which the petitioner relies upon.
