JUDGMENT

(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the legal issue involved in this appeal now stands answered by the Full Bench judgment of this Court in the case of All India Private Educational Institutions Association, rep. by its State General Secretary K.Palaniyappan vs. The State of Tamil Nadu, rep. by Principal Secretary to Government and another, [MANU/TN/3786/2020 :: 2020 SCC Online Mad 1641]. In view of the Full Bench judgment, the Writ Appeal, therefore, cannot be now proceeded with and is closed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.9137 of 2020 is closed.
