JUDGMENT

On 24.10.2018, there was no representation for the appellants, hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 25.10.2018. When the matter came up for hearing on 22.10.2018, the learned counsel for the appellants appeared and sought for adjournment, hence, the matter was adjourned to 26.10.2015 to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is listed for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.

2. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
