O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 18.6.2008 made in E.A.No.326 of 2007 in E.P.No.36 of 2004 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Thirukoilur, Vilupuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the property sold in the auction was already sold and hence, there is nothing survives in the present revision.

4. The above fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In view of the above fact, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
