These Petitions are under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board
proceedings No.C2/49176/04 dt 22.1.2007 and thereby to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents here in to fix the simple interest in the light of the GO No.292 dt 9.11.2006 a resolution passed by the Tamil Nadu High level committee of Tamil Nadu Housing Board by excluding 6 years delay on the side of Tamil Nadu Housing Board.

These Petitions are under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board proceedings No. R7/12886/96 dated 08.09.2010 (fourth respondent) and thereby to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to fix the simple interest in the light of the G.O.No.292 dated 09.11.2006 a resolution passed by the Tamil Nadu High level committee of Tamil Nadu Housing Board.
