ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the Section 14 Application filed on 23.11.2016 by the petitioner under Sec.14 of the SARFAESI Act bearing No.23804 of 2016 in accordance with law.

3. It appears that in a SARFAESI proceedings, petition filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Act is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for disposal by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector and hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the matter would be taken up for disposal within one month.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Coimbatore District to do the needful within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, it is needless to say that it is for the petitioner to seek for any other reliefs before the same District Magistrate-cum-Collector for needful action. No costs.
