CRIME NO.490 OF 2020.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry, everyday at 10.30 a.m and also appear before the respondent police, everyday at 5.30 p.m. Until further orders by an order dated 21.12.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.17887 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.17887 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry, everyday at 10.30 a.m, and also appear before the respondent police, everyday at 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.17887 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor, Puducherry would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.17887 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
