This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned publication of Ph.D. Selection List for University Department / Research Centers in OP.6194/R4.TNPESU, PhD Admission- Result / 2021 dated 06.01.2022 published in the web site on 07.01.2022 issued by the third respondent in pursuance to the Notification No.Adv.No.1/ TNPESU/Ph.d/2021 dated 01.02.2021, quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to include petitioner name in the selection list of candidates for Ph.D programs offered by the University Departments / Research Centers by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer
sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
