2. In the light of the aforementioned endorsements and reiteration of the same by learned counsel, captioned Crl.M.Ps. are disposed of as withdrawn/closed. Though obvious, it is made clear that the rights of the petitioners are preserved for coming up with similar/same prayers, if there is change of circumstances.
