Crl.M.P.No.2319 of 2024 in Crl.RC.SR.No.1968 of 2024 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 464 days in filing the above revision. 2.The petitioner herein is an accused in C.C.No.448 of 2014 on a private complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act filed by the respondent. The Trial Court convicted the petitioner. Against which the petitioner preferred an appeal in C.A.No.127 of 2019. The Lower Appellate Court dismissed the appeal confirming the conviction and sentence of the Trial Court.

Against which the present revision filed with a delay.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue between the petitioner and the respondent got settled.

4.Learned counsel for the respondent confirms and further submits that compounding petition would be filed in due course.

5.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
