ORDER

Though there is a request for adjournment by the learned representing Counsel Mr.Immanuel stating that the learned Counsel on record Mr.M.Leon Raymont, who was engaged by the petitioner, has left the profession, Mr.R.Subburaj, the second learned Counsel on record seeks time to get further instructions.

2. On behalf of the State, Mrs.P.Rajarajeswari, learned Government Advocate for the first and third respondents would submit that the writ petition was filed after the police complaint was given and FIR was registered in Crime No.1 of 2010 against the fourth and fifth 2/4

respondents. It is further submitted that a charge sheet has been filed, pursuant to which, the case has been taken on record by the Special Court (TANPID), Chennai in C.C.No.1 of 2014 and that it is under progress. It is further submitted that the prosecution witnesses have been examined and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner, if any, can be redressed before the Special Court (TANPID), Chennai. That apart, all the properties/articles of the private respondents herein have been attached by the Special Court (TANPID), Chennai.

3. Considering the above, I do not find any reasons keeping this writ petition pending any longer as the prayer in this writ petition is worked out in C.C.No.1 of 2014 before the Special Court (TANPID), Chennai.
