Respondents PRAYER:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prays to issue a Writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in Original Application No.725/2010 dated 06.12.2013 confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in GM KMB/X/VRS-TSO/2010/12 dated 10.05.2010 which is modifying the punishment order of the 3rd respondent in GM KMB/X/VRSTSO/2009/10 dated 07.10.2009 and quash the same.
