2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and the nature of offence, the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos. 28634 & 28492 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 & 19.11.2024 respectively are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Vellakoil Police Station, Tiruppur District, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.Nos. 28634 & 28492 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 & 19.11.2024 respectively shall remains unaltered.
