ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.10267 of 2023 dated 03.04.2023 has been complied with, through proceedings in Na.Ka.2273/2023/A4, dated 21.05.2024.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. In case the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, liberty is hereby granted to him to challenge the proceedings dated 21.05.2024 in accordance with law.
