Prayer in W.P.No.10922 of 2010:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Tamilnadu Housing Board proceedings No.C2/49176/04, dated 22.01.2007 and thereby to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to fix the simple interest in the light of the G.O.No.292, dated 09.11.2006 a resolution passed by the Tamil Nadu High level committee of Tamil Nadu Housing Board by excluding 6 years delay on the side of Tamil Nadu Housing Board.
