A perusal of the report of the Subordinate Judge, Avinashi, with respect to H.M.O.P.No. 37 of 2019 reveals that for filing counter, time was granted from 04.11.2020 till 12.08.2021. Counter has not been fled. 2.

The learned Judge may therefore fix an outer limit to file counter by 31.10.2021 and no further time be granted for filing counter. If counter is filed, the learned Judge may take up the trial of the case and thereafter, endeavour dispose of the same on or before 31.12.2021. 3.

With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
