PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to investigate the case and to file a Final Report in Crime No.39 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated period according to law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case and to file a Final Report in Crime No.39 of 2019, pending on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated period according to law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 11.01.2019, no action has been taken and no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
