This petition has been filed seeking for winding up of the respondent company by appointing an Official Liquidator to take charge of the assets of the company.
2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Deputy Official Liquidator that by an order dated 11.03.2022 in Company Application No.10 of 2022 in C.P.No.223 of 2009 and C.P.No.223 of 2009, M/s.Madras Lamps Private Limited has been dissolved under Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Since the respondent Company has been dissolved, pursuant to the impugned orders passed by this Court dated 11.03.2022, the present relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted by this Court. Further, the Company Petition is of the year 2009 and since there is no representation on the side of the petitioner, this Court will have to close this Company Petition on the ground that the Company 2/4
namely M/s.Madras Lamps Private Limited has already been dissolved.
5. For the foregoing reasons, the Company Petition stands closed.
