Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.444/2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.444/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
