2. The above application has been filed to permit the applicant to amend the short and long cause title from M/s. GVR Infra Projects Limited to M/s. GVR infra Projects Limited represented by its Resolution Professional Ms.Vandana Garg. The amendment is sought for on account of the fact that the National Company Law Tribunal has appointed an Interim Resolution Professional to represent the Applicant Company.

3. Considering the fact that change in status is on account of the legal proceedings, the above application is ordered.

4. The petitioner shall carry out the amendment within a period of 10 days from today.
