[Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The learned Standing Counsel would submit that inspection and survey have been conducted and that the Revenue Tahsildar has submitted a report identifying the encroachments in the subject property.
2. Since the Revenue Tahsildar has already identified the encroachments, the Corporation authorities are directed to initiate enforcement action and remove the encroachments by following the procedure contemplated under the relevant Statutes and Rules in force. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
