This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28977 of 2023, dated 29.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week (i.e.) on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
