Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5916 of 2014 dated 26.3.2015 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur;

2. On 26.3.2015, in Crl.M.P.No.5916 of 2014, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District, while granting bail to this petitioners has imposed a condition that the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for one month.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners herein are complying with the said condition scrupulously from 12.4.2015. Hence they have come forward with the present petition to modify the said condition.

4. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) also submitted that petitioners are regularly complying with the said condition. 5.Considering the submissions of both sides to the effect that the petitioners are strictly complying with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5916 of 2014 dated 26.3.2015, this Court is constrained to relax the same and accordingly, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore is fully relaxed.

6. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
