5 R.SURESH Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant Interim Direction, directing the 4th Respondent College to convene the meeting of the College Committee immediately as has been done earlier pursuant to the order passed in WP No.10382 of 2010 to consider the case of the Petitioner as well as the case of the 5th Respondent for the post of Lecturer in Commerce Department and forward the proposal to Respondents 1 and 2 for necessary approval within a time frame (in WMP.No.9132/2017) in WP.No.28511/2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.RAMESH Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.KARTHIKEYAN Government Advocate for 1 & 2

respondents and M/S.L.P.SHANMUGASUNDARAM Advocate for the 3rd respondent and M/S.B.RAVI Advocate for 4th respondent and M/S.K.THILAGESWARAN Advocate for the 5th respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent made a submission that the college committee had convened a meeting and recommended the case of the writ petitioner. However, the recommendation was rejected by the 2nd respondent and therefore, no further consideration is required in respect of the miscellaneous petition filed in the present writ petition.

2.Hence the writ miscellaneous petition stands closed. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Counsel for R3 and post the writ petition for final disposal after two weeks.
