Heard Mrs. C.Uma Shankar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Karthikeyan, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that his name has not been included in the voters list for electing the trustees of the Temple of the Third Respondent in furtherance to the scheme framed in the order dated 06.04.2022 in O.A. No. 06 of 2019 by the Second Respondent. 3.

As the copy of the said scheme, which is an essential document to entertain the Writ Petition has not been produced, Learned Counsel for the 2/5

Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition with all necessary documents and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 4.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
