O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition arises against the order of interim attachment passed in Crl.M.P.No.8296 of 2007 in Crl.M.P.No.6929 of 2007. I had adjourned the matter last occasion for the purpose of verifying as to whether the interim attachment is still pending or made absolute and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor was requested to get instructions.

2.Today, he has filed a typed set of papers to the effect that Crl.M.P.No.6929 of 2007 was taken up for final disposal by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu and he had made the attachment absolute on 10.03.2017.

3.Apart from that, he also brings to my notice that an other C.M.P.No.3967 of 2009 was taken under the provisions of Criminal Law (Amendment) Ordinance, 1944. In that proceedings too, the interim attachment has been made absolute on 10.03.2017. In both the proceedings, the Civil Revision Petitioner namely S.Anandaraj has remained ex-parte. The order impugned having merged with the final order passed on 10.03.2017, nothing further remains to be adjudicated.

4. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 19.09.2023 Index:Yes/No Speaking Order :Yes/No vkr To The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu. V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN,J.
