This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 25.12.2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Secretary/Executive Family Trustee of Nawab Fazilathunnisa Begum Saheba Mosque and Endowment (Waqf), Nandanam, Chennai - 600 035 of the Wakf Board. The petitioner earlier lodged a complaint and CSR No.487 of 2021 assigned during August 2021. Thereafter another complaint was lodged on 25.12.2021, C.S.R.No.831 of 2021 assigned, but no action taken. Hence the above petition is filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petitioner's complaint C.S.R.No.831 of 2021 assigned and enquiry conducted and closed on 25.12.2021 stating that already a Writ Appeal is pending before this Court in W.A.No.2129 of 2021 and WMP.Nos.13453 and 13454 of 2021, with regard to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

property. Finding that it is a civil dispute and the respondent police is not interfered with the civil dispute. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
