This petition has been filed to relax the condition "(d) the petitioners shall appear on the first working day of every month before the learned XVII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chennai till the disposal of this Criminal Appeal by this Court; and" imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15404 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1111 of 2022 order dated 06.10.2022. 2.It is seen that it is a dispute between the father-in-law and son-inlaw, which ensued into attack and a case has been registered. In this case, the first petitioner is the son-in-law of the de-facto complainant. The petitioners 2 and 3 are father and uncle of the first petitioner. It is submitted that except the relationship they have no specific overt act against them. Further it is submitted that petitioners 2 and 3 are suffered from health ailments and taking medical treatment.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

rsi 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioners are complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 06.10.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.15404 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1111 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in three months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The condition imposed on the petitioners 2 and 3 to report before the trial Court, is totally relaxed.
