Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in WMP.No.5195/2016 in WP.No.5850 of 2016 to comply with the order of this Honourable Court dated 12.6.2017 (in WMP.No.20166/2017);
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND GOPALAN, for M/S.T.S.GOPALAN & CO, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.NIRANJAN GAJAGOPALAN, for M/S.G.R.ASSOCIATES, for 1 & 2 respondents and of M/S.D.BHARATHY, Advocate for the 3rd respondent and of M/S.C.K.CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the 4 to 38 respondents the the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the writ petitioner contents that the writ petitioner is ready and willing to pay the balance amount of Rs.2.50 lakhs and the same will be paid in two instalments. The first instalment is on 25/08/2017 and the second instalment will be on 25/09/2017.
