Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's candidature under the ''Teaching Fellow'' category in the written examination conducted under the selection process for Assistant Professor as proposed in Advertisement No.001/RC/UCE&RC/2023, dated 24.11.2023 to avail the concessions and benefits reiterated under Clauses 20 & 21 of the said advertisement based on the petitioner's Application No.201100176 dated 13.12.2023 within a period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's candidature under the ''Teaching Fellow'' category in the written examination conducted under the selection process for Assistant Professor as proposed in Advertisement No.001/RC/UCE&RC/2023, dated 24.11.2023 to avail the concessions and benefits reiterated under Clauses 20 & 21 of the said advertisement based on the petitioner's Application No.201100176 dated 13.12.2023

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this 2/4

Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
