ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners have already handed over the possession to the first respondent herein and she had also filed a report, in that regard, which was also filed before the Trial Court. The same is hereby recorded and since, the delivery of possession has already been effected, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition.
2. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
