ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respodnent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 23.12.2015 for replacement of Contract Carriage Omni Bus - TN-30-AC-9991 by a brand new bus (dealt with in R.No.A4/60542/2015)forthwith. 2.

Mr.A. Zakir Hussian learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent had considered the application of the petitioner and passed an order on 29.03.2016, granting permission to replace the existing vehicle with a new vehicle, having 32 seating capacity. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sought for replacement of a new bus, with 37 seating capacity and therefore, the petitioner is aggrieved over the order, passed by the respondent on 29.03.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since the prayer sought for is only to consider the petitioner's application, the present writ petition has become infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order, passed by the respondent on 29.03.2016, in accordance with law. With these observations, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
