The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court had directed the petitioner to pay the arrears amount of Rs.2,10,000/- by two installments that is the first amount of Rs.1,10,000/- to be paid within four weeks and remaining amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to be paid within four weeks thereafter. He would submit that due to over sight he has paid Rs.1,00,000/- within four weeks time granted and would submit that remaining balance of Rs.1,10,000/- will be paid on or before 17.11.2019.

Post the matter on 19.11.2019 for reporting compliance.
